Founded in November 2011, our company is actively involved in the development of real estate projects. Currently, we have ongoing projects and those in the implementation phase. The construction of the Thiruvenkidom Apartment project in Guruvayur is scheduled to commence immediately, following the successful completion of all preliminary work. On the other hand, the Kottapadi Villa project has already been successfully completed.
